We work very closely with a core team of custom slide engineers to ensure that every custom slide is fabricated exactly to the customer's specifications. Our custom slides are manufactured from the highest quality materials in the market today. From the beginning quote to the finished product, we will make sure you get the best price, quality, AND service available today!
Need installation? Not a problem! Let us also quote you on a custom slide installation by a fully qualified team of professional installers. This team will travel to your job site/location and install your custom slide, working under your or your contractor's guidance to ensure a safe and sturdy installation.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Our slides meet or exceed ASTM/CPSC standards.
- 50% down payment is required before manufacturing begins
- Remaining 50% payment is due before shipment begins
- Quote to delivery times are approximately 6 weeks
- Customer must approve and accept drawings and freight charges before manufacturing will begin
- Delivery of custom slides require Motor Freight shipping; a shipping quote will be provided to you before manufacturing begins
- It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the slide is the proper height, design, and layout (direction) prior to approving and accepting the slide purchase
- Once purchaser has provided acceptance and approval in writing (via e-mail or postal mail), the acceptance becomes an order and ''binding contract''
- Any changes, alterations, or modifications made after the purchaser's approval will be considered "extra's". "Extra's" MAY require additional fees and WILL require approval and processing, through playproviders.com, prior to continuing work on your custom slide or installation
- No fees will be refunded, for any reason, once acceptance, approval, and manufacturing has begun on the contracted slide
