UPS (United Parcel Service) is our standard shipping carrier...
NOTE: Certain products that are too large in weight or size and exceed UPS specifications must be shipped via UPS Oversize OR Motor Freight. Please read each product description carefully to determine if that particular product must be shipped via one of these additional methods.
UPS Oversize and Motor Freight shipping / handling charges are NOT calculated during the checkout process. We will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm shipping costs before processing or charging the order.
SHIPPING COSTS:

Depending on order size or product size, we will ship in the most economical way available to our customers.

For items that ship via UPS (not including UPS Oversize), we automatically calculate the shipping cost during checkout and add that amount to your order total. UPS shipping costs are based on the total order weight AND the ship-to-address zip code.

Some of our high quality products are too heavy or large to ship via standard UPS shipping and must ship via UPS Oversize or Motor Freight.
- NOTE: All orders under $50.00 (excluding shipping and taxes) will incur a $10.00 small order fee (passed on from the manufacturer) - this is automatically added to your shipping charges during checkout.

COMMERCIAL DELIVERY: For any form of commercial delivery, you must have a valid, verifiable business address or commercial installation site to receive your shipment. Also, this location must be able to receive tractor trailer deliveries, preferably having a forklift and loading dock on site. Please make sure to include the Business Name and Business Address on the order form. We are unable to deliver any merchandise to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING TIMES:

Once we receive your order confirmation via email and payment has been verified, your order is immediately sent for review. Orders are continuously processed and shipped Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST except for holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST, during the weekend, or during a holiday, will enter processing and/or shipping the next business day.

Orders placed between the February and August ("playground season") may require additional time to process and ship. We make every attempt to see that all orders are processed as quickly as possible.

We strive to keep our website up-to-date, listing all out of stock items. Unfortunately time constraints and critical information are sometimes slowed getting to our website publisher, especially during our "playground season". Please bear with us as attempt to keep our website 100% accurate for your shopping pleasure.
SHIPPING TERMS:

All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. Title of all ordered products is passed to the buyer upon acceptance by shipper or carrier. Damages sustained during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore all claims for losses or damages occurring during shipping must be filed with the carrier by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all delivered products prior to signing and accepting shipment to ensure products are as ordered and represented. After signing and accepting the delivery, the product(s) is deemed acceptable by the buyer and any return charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders that require shipment via motor freight carrier will require delivery appointments; generally initiated by the carrier. If delivery is attempted, unsuccessfully, the carrier will return the entire order back to their terminal. Once this happens, the buyer will incur, and be responsible for, an additional charge associated with redelivery of the order. This charge is usually a minimum of $50.00, however, we will notify the buyer of the actual amount before redelivery is attempted. If the buyer does not agree to these additional charges, the order will be returned to the manufacturer and canceled, with the original shipping fees being non-refundable.

Our website automatically calculates UPS shipping charges to the 48 contiguous states in the US only. Orders that need to be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states will require special shipping arrangements to be made in advance. Please
